1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging RMA Global Solutions for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. RMA Global Solutions is a trading name operating from Ballymena, Northern Ireland. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any service engagement.
2. Services Provided
RMA Global Solutions provides digital tools and services including CRM software, reputation management, sales automation, website design, booking systems, and related digital marketing solutions. All services are provided on a subscription or one-off project basis as agreed at the point of sale.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly subscription services are billed on a rolling monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept payment by card or bank transfer as agreed. You will be notified of any changes to your monthly fee with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
One-off services such as website design are subject to individual payment schedules as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by giving us written notice to [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for partial months or for payments already made. If you cancel part way through a billing period, you will retain access to the service until the end of that paid period, after which it will be discontinued.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when setting up your account and services
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations
- Not use our platform to send spam, harass individuals, or engage in any unlawful activity
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, tools, and materials provided by RMA Global Solutions remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the tools for your business during your active subscription. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Content you provide to us (such as your logo, images, and business information) remains your property. You grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your agreed services.
7. Limitation of Liability
RMA Global Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.
We do not guarantee specific results such as a set number of new customers or a particular increase in revenue. Our tools are designed to support your business growth but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain a high level of service uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform at all times. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or events outside our control.
9. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through your account. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
